About Debbie Wullschleger
Steady presence. Quiet expertise.
A therapist committed to the slow, careful work of helping people come home to themselves.

Her practice
Fifteen years of walking beside people through the hardest chapters of their lives.
Debbie's work sits at the intersection of modern trauma neuroscience, deep clinical experience, and something less measurable — an unhurried, grounded presence that gives clients permission to slow down for perhaps the first time in years.
Trained in the Richards Trauma Process (TRTP), she works with adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, cancer diagnoses, relationship distress and the quiet erosion of self that comes from surviving too much for too long.

Approach
Evidence-based. Deeply human.
Trauma-informed
Every interaction is shaped by the science of safety, nervous system regulation and pacing.
Body-based
Healing happens in the body. Talk therapy alone rarely reaches where trauma actually lives.
Client-led
You set the pace. Nothing is forced, revisited or explored before you're genuinely ready.

A gentle first step
You don't have to carry this alone.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. When you're ready, Debbie is here — with warmth, with expertise, and without judgement.
